We have eight roles for the 2026 season. Some are guides — rafting, hiking, cycling. Some are camp work — farm hand, grounds keeper, cleaner, rope park. A few need a qualification. Most don't. Several can be combined, so you can work more than one role and earn more. That's normal here.
All three guide roles have apprenticeships. If you're working toward a certification, or want to learn from an experienced guide, ask. We bring periodic workers in from Tbilisi. You can also stay on-site at the camp if you want.
