Common Questions

A raft with a certified guide, a helmet, a life vest, and a paddle. All safety gear is provided — you don't need to bring any equipment. Transportation to the launch point is not included and is a separate service.
No experience is required. The Aragvi River route covers Class II–III rapids — there is real current and some waves, but the level is suitable for first-timers. Before launching, your guide will go through everything with you: how to hold the paddle, which commands to follow, and what to do if you capsize. The guide is in the raft with you throughout the entire trip.
Wear clothes you can get wet in — swimwear or light sports clothes. Bring a dry change of clothes and a towel for after. Wear footwear that stays on your feet: sandals with a strap or old trainers both work. Helmets, life vests, and paddles are provided. If you're coming in cold weather, let us know in advance and we can arrange a wetsuit.
